10 Homes Close Escrow at an Impressive Average of $1,943,000
El Segundo bucked the trend in November as one of the only South Bay cities that saw an increase in home sales from October. There were 10 sold home compared with 8 in October and 6 in September
The average “asking” price was an impressive $1,495,200 with the average sold price for the homes in El Segundo that closed at $1,426,200 which was a HUGE drop from $1,943,000 in October. That said the numbers often fluctuate significantly month to month in El Segundo.
Homes that sold averaged $819 per square foot. Homes averaged 87 days on market (DOM) before going into pending status.

Homes that sold averaged $815 per square foot. Homes averaged 46 days on market (DOM) before going into pending status.
