• Single-family homes remained the strongest segment, averaging $2.22 million with 27 sales and 2.6 months of inventory, although prices were down 2.5% year-over-year and days on market increased to 32 days.
• Condos and townhomes experienced a softer market with 5.4 months of inventory, just 12 sales, and an average sale price of $995,000, down 14.7% from last year. However, they sold relatively quickly, averaging only 22 days on market, significantly faster than the prior year.
