October was a little bit slower in terms of the number of homes that sold with 7 sales compared to 9 in September and an extremely impressive 14 in August but price were fantastic.
The average “asking” price was $1,794,286 with the average sold price for the homes in El Segundo that closed at $1,710,714 which was a big jump from the average of $1,333,333 in September.
Homes that sold averaged $848 a square foot. Homes averaged a very short 41 days on market before going into pending status.

September was a slow down from August but much better than in July. There were 9 homes that sold and closed escrow during the month compared with 14 in August….but as mentioned that was an unusual month.
The average “asking” price was $1,387,111 with the average sold price for the homes in El Segundo that closed at $1,333,333 which was a drop from the August average price of $1,579,643.
Homes that sold averaged $689 a square foot. Homes averaged a very short 20 days on market before going into pending status.

August was a a great month for home sales in El Segundo, especially after a very slow July with only 4 closed escrows. There were 14 closed escrows in August.
The average “asking” price was $1,577,354 with the average sold price for the homes in El Segundo that closed at $1,579,643 meaning that homes generally sold slightly above the list price.
Homes that sold averaged $938 a square foot. Homes averaged a very short 24 days on market before going into pending status.
