Take a look below at all of the home sales in El Segundo last year.  It was a big year for real estate in El Segundo with 152 homes, townhomes and condos selling during the year. The average list price was $1,518,000 with the average “sold” price of $1,540,000. Homes averaged only 21 days before going into escrow.

The lowest price of the year was, not surprisingly, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo in Pacific Sands.  

The highest priced home sale of the year was at 626 Loma Vista which was a 5 bedroom single family home with over 4,000 square feet on a huge almost 12,000 foot lot.

What an incredible month it was for home sales in El Segundo both in terms of the number of homes that closed escrow as well as the prices.    November 2021 was huge with 20 on market home, condo and townhome sales closing during the month compared with only 7 home sales in October.  The average “list” price of the homes that closed escrow during the month was $1,710,440 with the average “sold” price at $1,748,625 meaning that homes generally sold higher than the asking price.   Compare that with the average price of $1.17M a month earlier!  Homes averaged only 22 days on the market before going into escrow and the average price per foot was $878. Welcome to the real estate recap for El Segundo in September.  It was another very good month in this Southern California coastal city.  There were 16 home sales which was down a bit from the 20 a year earlier.  The median home price was $1,546,000 which was considerably higher than the median sold price of $1,247,000 in September 2020.  Homes averaged only 15 days on the market before going into escrow.  See how this compares with other months on our El Segundo real estate trends page.
