We don’t know all the details on this condo in Pacific Sands as there’s not much information in the listing notes, but this is a probate sale in the condo complex of Pacific Sands on Imperial Ave. This building has long been one of the best values in all of the South Bay and is actually walkable to the beach. There are currently no photos of the unit so we are unaware of the condition but assume it’s in fairly rough shape. At just over $300,000 the condition isn’t much of a concern.
Pacific Sands is located just east of the Hyperion water treatment plant so that part isn’t ideal but that also puts it just a few blocks to beautiful Dockweiler Beach.

The highest priced home in El Segundo offers big square footage and a big price tag. 1219 E Maple Avenue offers a pretty massive 4,884 square foot single family home on an equally sizable 9,913 square foot lot. The large lot allows for spacious interiors as well as great outdoor spaces with a sparkling pool, outdoor kitchen and more.
Here’s a brief overview of the month that was for January 2022. The El Segundo real estate market saw only 9 sold homes for the month at a median sales price of $1,170,000. Homes averaged 52 days on market before going pending and price per foot was $751.
The top home sale of 2021 in El Segundo was a single family home on a huge lot with some impressive outdoor areas. The home was never really on the MLS and sold off market. Located at 626 Loma Vista the home was built in 2004 and offered a spacious 4,200+ square feet with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths.
What really set the home apart was the lot size and all that allowed. At almost 12,000 square feet, the property had an incredible backyard and pool area that is certainly the envy of the neighborood.
The newest additon to the El Segundo real estate market is a luxury remodel located at 905 McCarthy Court.
