Average El Segundo Home Price tops $2,155,000 in May

8 Homes Close Escrow at an Impressive Average of $2,155,875!

For the 2nd straight month, the average price of a home in El Segundo was well above $2,000,000.  May was another great month for El Segundo real estate both in terms of the number of homes that sold and in the average home prices.

8 homes sold which was a slight drop from 10 in April and March but above the average.

The average “list” price was $1,930,680 with the average sold price for the homes in El Segundo that closed at a very impressive $2,155,875 which was well above April’s average of $2,038,500 and DRAMATICALLY above March’s average home price of $1,493,516.

Homes that sold averaged an incredible 11 days on market before going into pending status.  The average price per foot was $847.

There 10 homes that sold which was he same as March and February but above the usual number.

The average “list” price was $1,930,680 with the average sold price for the homes in El Segundo that closed at a very impressive $2,038,500.  That was WAY above March’s average home price of $1,493,516.

Homes that sold averaged only 20 days on market before going into pending status.  The average price per foot was $1,035.
