November was an impressive month for both the number of home sales in El Segundo and the prices with 13 on market property sales.

  The median “asking” price was $1,199,000 with the median “sold” price at $1,180,000 indicating that we’re still in a very hot seller’s market.

The average price per foot (not super relavant in El Segundo) was $722 and the average days on market was 38 wit the median days on market before selling a very brief 10.

It was a big month for home sales in El Segundo CA with 20 homes selling during the month. Compare that with only 6 sales (which is low but closer to normal) in September 2019 and you get a sense of what a big month it was. The median price of the homes that sold was an impressive $1,420,000. Equally impressive was the short 25 days on the market before selling compared with 47 a year earlier.
