To anyone keeping up with the El Segundo real estate market, it should come as no surprise that home values just keep going up. El Segundo saw another strong month of home sales in March as the demand for homes in this coastal community continues to increase. 11 homes successfully closed escrow in El Segundo with the lowest price home being a 2 bedroom condo in the Pacific Sands condo complex at 770 W Imperial. The highest priced sale of the month was a 4 bedroom single family home at 709 Redwood that closed at $1,300,000.
