See the homes, townhomes and condos that sold in El Segundo in 2021

Take a look below at all of the home sales in El Segundo last year.  It was a big year for real estate in El Segundo with 152 homes, townhomes and condos selling during the year. The average list price was $1,518,000 with the average “sold” price of $1,540,000. Homes averaged only 21 days before going into escrow.

The lowest price of the year was, not surprisingly, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo in Pacific Sands.  

The highest priced home sale of the year was at 626 Loma Vista which was a 5 bedroom single family home with over 4,000 square feet on a huge almost 12,000 foot lot.

In a shift from their previous sales strategies, William Lyon Homes are now starting to list many of their new construction properties on the local MLS making it easier to see and purchase with the use of a realtor.  Until now all new home sales were done through the Lyon Homes sales office as “buyers agents” were not involved and a realtors involvement often ended at bringing the prospective buyer through the community for an initial visit.  While they are still keeping the role of the buyers agent to a minimum, listing the homes on the MLS has been a definite shift in policy.
