6 Homes Close Escrow at an Average of $1,767,500
Although it was definitely not as impressive as the numbers for July or August, September 2024 was a solid month for home sales and home prices in El Segundo. There were 6 home sales which was a slight drop from 8 in August and 10 in July.
The average “asking” price was an impressive $1,845,983 with the average sold price for the homes in El Segundo that closed at $1,767,500 which was a big increase from $1,535,801 in August but well below the amazing $2,027,279.
Homes that sold averaged $1,005 per square foot. Homes averaged a very brief 25 days on market (DOM) before going into pending status.
