What a Month – El Segundo Home Sales Almost Double in May 2019
In a city that normally sees about 10-12 homes sell in a month, May was really something. El Segundo saw 25 homes sell and close escrow during the month!! The
median list price was $1,150,000 with the median sales price of $1,149,000 indicating a very strong sellers market. The lowest price sale of the month was $600,000 for a 2 bedroom condo on Cedar and the high mark for the month was $2,495,000 for a massive 5,400 square foot single family home at 618 Lomita.
