It was a fairly strong month for home sales in El Segundo with 11 home, townhome and condo sales during the shorter month of March. 

The average “list” price with the average sold price of $1,721,773 meaning that homes generally sold WAY over the list price. The average price per foot for sold homes was $997 and the average days on market was an extremely short 11 before going into pending status. We don’t know all the details on this condo in Pacific Sands as there’s not much information in the listing notes, but this is a probate sale in the condo complex of Pacific Sands on Imperial Ave.  This building has long been one of the best values in all of the South Bay and is actually walkable to the beach.  There are currently no photos of the unit so we are unaware of the condition but assume it’s in fairly rough shape.  At just over $300,000 the condition isn’t much of a concern.  

Pacific Sands is located just east of the Hyperion water treatment plant so that part isn’t ideal but that also puts it just a few blocks to beautiful Dockweiler Beach.
