It was a bit of a slower month for real estate in El Segundo with only 12 homes selling in January. That’s a bit off of the norm but certainly not for the first month of the year as December is always slow with fewer homes going into escrow due to the holidays. The number of homes might have been a bit down but prices were very impressive once again with a median home price of $1,522,000 for homes that sold in El Segundo during January.
