El Segundo home prices average $1,736,856 in September

8 home sales during the month

September was a great month for both the number of homes that sold as well as the average home prices. 

8 homes closed escrow which was up from 6 in August and 7 in July.

The average “list” price was a very impressive $1,805,125 with the average sold price for the homes in El Segundo that closed at $1,736,856 which was a nice jump from $1,649,583  in August and considerably higher than the unusually low $1,296,643 average in July.

Homes that sold averaged a lengthy 81 days on market before going into pending status.  The average price per foot was $875 which was down from August.

El Segundo home prices average $1,649,583 in August.

6 Homes Close Escrow

August was a solid but mixed month for the El Segundo real estate market with the number of sold homes down, but prices up  from July. Only 6 homes closed escrow which was a slight drop from 7 in July. The average “list” price was $1,704,833 with the average sold price for the homes in El Segundo that closed at $1,649,583  which was a big jump from the unusually low $1,296,643 average in July, but fairly close to $1,668,778 in June. Homes that sold averaged 42 days on market before going into pending status.  The average price per foot was $965. Average El Segundo Home Price tops $1,668,000 in June

June was another great month for El Segundo real estate both in terms of the number of homes that sold and in the average home prices.

9 homes sold which was a slight increase from 8 in May but down slightly from10 in April..

The average “list” price was $1,750,989 with the average sold price for the homes in El Segundo that closed at $1,668,778 which was solid but a big drop from $2,155,875 in May and April’s average of $2,038,500.

Homes that sold averaged 87 days on market before going into pending status.  The average price per foot was $911.
