It was a fairly strong month for home sales in El Segundo with 9 home, townhome and condo sales during the shorter month of February.  The average “list” price was $1,152,656 with the average sold price of $1,181,556 meaning that homes generally sold well over the list price. The average price per foot for sold homes was $837 and the average days on market was 52 but the median was a very brief 8 before going into pending status. The top home sale of 2021 in El Segundo was a single family home on a huge lot with some impressive outdoor areas.  The home was never really on the MLS and sold off market.  Located at 626 Loma Vista the home was built in 2004 and offered a spacious 4,200+ square feet with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths.
