November 2021 was huge with 20 on market home, condo and townhome sales closing during the month compared with only 7 home sales in October. The average “list” price of the homes that closed escrow during the month was $1,710,440 with the average “sold” price at $1,748,625 meaning that homes generally sold higher than the asking price. Compare that with the average price of $1.17M a month earlier! Homes averaged only 22 days on the market before going into escrow and the average price per foot was $878.
