Home Prices Average over $2.0M in July in El Segundo!!!
10 Homes Sell at an Average of $2,027,279
What an incredible month it was for home sales and home prices in El Segundo CA. There were 10 home sales which is a big number for this small community but prices were even more impressive!
The average “asking” price was $2,085,700 with the average sold price for the homes in El Segundo that closed at $2,027,279 which was a great increase from both June at $1,756,250 and May at $1,914,800.
Homes that sold averaged $986 per square foot. Homes averaged 40 days on market (DOM) before going into pending status.
