Listing at $2,149,000 the home sold over asking priced and closed at $2,200,000. The sleek and contemporary home was newer construction built in 2018 and offered 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, approximately 2,861 square feet on a 5,000+ foot lot.

2020 Real Estate Recap for El Segundo CA
What a great year it was for real estate in El Segundo….both in terms of the number of homes that sold as well as the home prices.
