Welcome to the real estate recap for El Segundo in September. It was another very good month in this Southern California coastal city. There were 16 home sales which was down a bit from the 20 a year earlier. The median home price was $1,546,000 which was considerably higher than the median sold price of $1,247,000 in September 2020. Homes averaged only 15 days on the market before going into escrow.
