What’s in a home value? It’s common knowledge that location, schools, safety and comparable properties are some of the main items that impact a home’s value. But there are other, smaller factors that also influence a homes value.
As I tell many clients I can sell any house it’s just a matter of price. The more work it needs to the lower the price 
but people will buy just about any home, in any condition. Having said that 928 Eucalyptus is an unusual sale at best. The home was under construction and that construction stopped several years ago. The home is framed and at one time would have been ready for some of the finishing work. At this point, however, it looks more like a haunted house as it’s sat empty and unworked on for years.

April was a solid month in El Segundo real estate with 13 residential properties closing escrow. The most notable sale of

They have a great variety of beers and the people are very friendly.
They usually have between 15-20 beers on tap and are open 7 days a week. We’ve only been in the evenings but there always seems to be a healthy amount of people without being too crowded. If a casual off the beaten track experience is what you’re looking for…this could be your place.
