El Segundo Home Sales and Home Prices June 2024 Report
4 Homes Sell at an Average of $1,756,250
After the two very impressive months of April and May for home sales in El Segundo, June saw a definite slow down. As El Segundo is a small community, things can vary widely so it may not be an indication of anything other than a slower month. The number of homes that sold was only 4 compared to 10 in May.
The average “asking” price was $1,752,250 with the average sold price for the homes in El Segundo that closed at $1,756,250 which was also down from $1,914,800 in May. The average price in April was $1,299,500 and the average price in March was $1,624,000.
Homes that sold averaged $802 per square foot. Homes averaged 30 days on market (DOM) before going into pending status. All of these numbers were fairly consistent with historical figures….May just happened to be a huge month.
