June was a solid month for home sales and home prices in El Segundo. The 13 home sales was the most since November. The median “list” price for the homes that sold was $1,249,000 with the median price they actually “sold” for was $1,325,000 which was impressive to say the least. That huge gap means most homes sold for well over their list price and certainly indicates a sellers market. The average price per foot was $719.17 and the average days on market was a very low 31.
