6 Homes Close Escrow
August was a solid but mixed month for the El Segundo real estate market with the number of sold homes down, but prices up from July.
Only 6 homes closed escrow which was a slight drop from 7 in July.
The average “list” price was $1,704,833 with the average sold price for the homes in El Segundo that closed at $1,649,583 which was a big jump from the unusually low $1,296,643 average in July, but fairly close to $1,668,778 in June.
Homes that sold averaged 42 days on market before going into pending status. The average price per foot was $965.
